DONNA'S REVIEW:
DON’T READ THIS REVIEW IF
YOU HAVEN’T READ BOOK 1
Quite Country is book two
in the Satan’s Sinners MC series. This story is about Bear and Jacey (Lil
Mama). When we left the Satan’s Sinners group, Jacey had gone into labor in
front of Bear, who had no idea she was pregnant. Needless to say, DRAMA!! The
book starts when they meet. Yes, it covers some of the story line from book 1,
but we see it from Bear and Jacey’s perspective, I am a BIG FAN of multiple
points of view so I enjoyed it, plus, we learn a ton of stuff not known in book
1, so don’t worry, it’s all good. The big question from the end of book 1, how
do Snake and Jacey know each other? Hmmm, well that alone is reason to read
this book, not to mention some twists and turns added. Added to what you ask?
Added to all the damn drama, holy Satan’s Sinners!! Great sound track in the
book, I stopped numerous times to YouTube the song mentioned, which helped set
the mood for the scene. This book is nowhere near as gory as book 1, but it’s
by no means tame. I give this book 3.5 stars with 4 hand down the pants. If
nothing else, Colbie Kay can write a steamy scene. I’m looking forward to the
next book, it’s about Writer and Ever. Oh yeah, I love the fact that Writer is
deaf, although I have to wonder how he rides a motorcycle.
“…I had a good life once
and if my life wouldn’t have gone to shit, I would have ner been part of the
club. Then you would have been proud to
call me your man.”
