The Wounded Sons is a new series with the grown children of The Wounded Souls. It is going to be just as fantastic with Gabriel starting us out.
Gabriel leads the team his father led in the Australian Army. Not just any team but the go-to-guys when no one else can get the job done. Danger doesn't enter in their thoughts they are out to do what is necessary for their country. Now that he has reached his professional goal, he's ready to work on his personal life. He wants what his parents have (even though he'd rather not witness their still hot romance). His dad and the rest of his team started the Wounded Souls MC when they left the military
Devon hasn't had much romance or love of any kind in her life. She witnessed her mother's horrible death in an accident and then found out she had a serious illness that kept her from living a normal life. A life that never seems to change with her family of men who baby her but doesn't know how to show love. She wants more.
Meeting the two hit it off instantly. Gabriel finds her motor-mouth endearing as well as her beauty. He's willing to take it slow and see where it takes them. She's delighted a man can put up with her wandering mouth and seems interested--a really hot man interested in her--oh yeah!
The more we learn about Devon the more the reader falls for her and what female could read about Gabe, see that hot cover, and not fall for him. The two are some of the best characters I've ever read about and will be putting this on re-read again and again list.
The club takes Devon under their wing when Gabriel and the team are called out. When they learn her secrets and the life she has lived questions about the relationship arise. Will those secrets and his job separate the two of them or is their love strong enough to take them through?
I loved the visits with the characters of the previous series. Those characters are introduced in a way that even new readers can enjoy them and understand their place in the couple's life and past. There's plenty of humor, some angst, steam, and love everyone wishes for themselves.

I love the idea of being in love. Since my early teens when I first discovered Silhouette Desire novels my life has been all about reading. I would find myself re-writing scenes if I wasn't happy with them and hiding them under my bed. That led me to writing love stories of my own. They all ended up under the bed and are still there, and there they will stay. I don't do angst, in fact it drives me crazy.
I am a mum of three beautiful girls, Australian, and have what most say is a weird sense of humor.
I spend my free time doing movie, Sons of Anarchy, and Friends marathons. And reading.
I love Pina Colada's and getting caught in the rain..... there's that weird humor.
