One look at her takes his breath away just moments before he makes a complete ass of himself. Zyan’s sure if he can get her to accept his apology, he can charm her into his arms. Before long they’re more than just friends, and Zyan is also totally smitten with Landee’s little girl, Annalise. Her ex, Curt, has always been a decent father to Annalise, but his behavior is becoming far too strange. That makes Landee very uneasy. Turns out she has every reason to be.
Zyan promised Annalise if she was ever in trouble, he’d find her. He doesn’t have any idea where to start on his quest to keep his promise, but he knows one thing. They’re the family he’d always dreamed of, and no one is going to rip his two girls from his arms, not if he has any say in it.

Landee & Zyan
Landee is smart and works hard. She also has a job ripe for ridicule. She's heard enough of it so when a hot firefighter makes the mistake of doing the usual he is one too many and she nails him for it.
It doesn't take long for him to realize he wants a chance with this woman she is hot and smart. When he finally gets that chance he learns she has an adorable little girl. Is there a chance he's found a family?
When the ex-husband enters the picture will he ruin things? Or put the two females he loves in danger.
I loved this book. I fell for all three of them plus there were a few friends that made the book even better. Oh, for educational purposes there is a sex education scene (by a 7-year-old). You won't want to miss that.

Wow, I really liked this story. I couldn't put it down once started. I was literally addicted.
I loved Zyan and Landee together, even though Zyan put his foot in it when he first meets her. He fights to get to know her. It was like instant attraction.
I loved Zyan with Annalise. He was very sweet with the little girl. He made sure to make her feel special.
Deanndra Hall is a working author living in the far western end of the beautiful Bluegrass State with her husband of over 35 years and small menagerie of weird little dogs. When she’s not writing, she’s editing. When she’s doing neither of those two things, she’s having dinner with friends, spending time with family, kayaking, eating chocolate, drinking beer or moonshine, or looking for something that she put in the wrong place and can’t seem to find (which is pretty much everything she owns).
