I absolutely loved this book. There was just something that you couldn't help but fall in love with the characters. I couldn't put it down.

I loved Green, he is caring, loving and all round great guy. He stands for what he believes, and will fight for it. He is loyal to his club, and he has a sweet side and a scary side.

I loved Leah, she is caring, and sweet. She will fight to have the life she wants, she may be scared and wanting to hide, but she will not give up.

I loved these two characters, it was like instant love and you could feel how they felt. Another amazing story by Ryan Michele.

Life was good for Leah. Green was the best and getting to know him brought happiness. Distance kept them from seeing each other but that could change. Change came. Not the kind that would bring them closer.

Another MC took her. Tortured her. Made her want to die. By the time Green found her she was close to getting her wish. Green stayed with her every minute except when her father told him he was ripe and needed a shower. His beautiful girl's eyes were swollen shut and he couldn't see the life shining through. Even when she woke she was changed. There was no longer a light just emptiness.

It would take patience and persistence. There is pain, loyalty, a special kind of love and protection. For Leah fear, nightmares, emptiness, and a man who makes her feel protected but could never love her with her scarred dirty body.

The reader will wonder at the pain and evil of men. The goodness of the bad boy Green along with the other vengeful side. The utter devastation then the strength to battle back for Leah. An emotion-filled read.
